If you realize you've been using a size that doesn't match your device's requirement, stop using it immediately and switch to the correct color-coded size. If the wrong size has caused any issues, contact your hearing care professional for a quick inspection.

Never Get Stuck: The 5-Minute Hearing Aid Battery Swap
Activate
Peel off the sticker/tab. Wait 3-5 minutes before use (Zinc-Air activation).
Open Door
Gently swing the battery door fully open. This turns the hearing aid OFF.
Insert New
Take out the dead battery. Dispose of it safely.
Close & Check
Gently close the door until it clicks. Do not force it. If it resists, correct the battery alignment.
